All products purchased in Compliment-shop.ru have their own warranty period established by the manufacturer, during which all repairs to equipment are carried out free of charge, provided that the product is used correctly in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements. The purchased product does not work / failed during operation / does not correspond to the declared characteristics: All warranty and post-warranty maintenance of goods is carried out by specialized authorized service centers of manufacturers that have the appropriate authority, as well as in some cases by their own service center. The purchased product is in good order, but did not fit the client for any reason: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, you can return the purchase if: the presentation and packaging of the goods are completely preserved; there are no traces of the launch and operation of the goods; disposable individual packaging of the goods is not damaged; there is proof of the fact of purchase in our store (sales receipt / cash receipt or order number). If the employee who inspects the returned goods of good quality has grounds for additional verification of the conformity of the goods as new, then the procedure for refunding money or replacing the goods with a similar one is postponed for the duration of this check. Attention! These return policies apply only to products purchased by an individual. The return of a serviceable product purchased for a legal entity is regulated by a supply agreement or the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. What to take with you when contacting a service center: To carry out warranty service, you need to provide the service center directly with the product itself in its entirety, a branded warranty card (if any), and a document confirming the purchase of the product in ONLINE TRADE.RU (commodity or cashier's check). In the absence of a cash or sales receipt, you can tell the employee the online order number, or the contact phone number specified when placing the order. In this case, you will need to present a valid Russian passport in order for us to be able to identify you as our buyer. Warranty service procedure: When contacting a defective product to Compliment-shop.ru service center within 15 days from the date of purchase, the product is accepted for quality control for a period not exceeding 20 days. If, as a result of the check, the warranty case is confirmed, then the client's claim for a refund / replacement of goods is satisfied. In the event that the product is no longer sold in Compliment-shop.ru, and it is impossible to replace the product with a similar one, the client receives a refund. When dealing with a defective product during the warranty period, but after 15 days from the date of purchase, the product is accepted for warranty service for a period not exceeding 45 days. Warranty service is not provided in the following cases: discrepancy between serial numbers and product model data entered in the warranty card; in case of any mechanical damage, as well as in case of exposure to water, steam, acids and similar substances, both on the body of the product and inside; operation with unstable voltage in the mains (frequency deviation from the nominal value of more than 0.5%, voltage of more than 10%); if additional equipment is connected incorrectly; when using consumables, the quality of which does not meet the requirements set forth in the instructions of the manufacturers or the quality of which does not meet the standards usually applied to materials of this kind; when performing a low-level formatting of a hard disk; in case of incorrect installation of the software; in case of virus attacks; in case of violation of the seals of the manufacturer in the devices or units of the product, including the purpose of changing the modification; repairs carried out by unauthorized persons. Warranty repairs are also not made in other cases of violation by the buyer of the established rules for the use, storage or transportation of goods, actions of third parties or force majeure and the occurrence of non-production defects.
